1. In charge of recruitment for biotechnology and pharmaceutical roles including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, QA/QC, Medical Affairs, and Commercial functions。
2. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle(sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding）。
3. Build and maintain strong talent networks and pipelines within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries。
4. Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, executive search firms, and academic institutions。
5. Analyze talent market trends and compensation benchmarks to support recruitment strategies。
6. Assist with global recruitment or multinational company hiring initiatives。
