You will support daily store operations, including customer service, cashier operations, product replenishment, merchandising, and food & beverage preparation, while working with a multicultural team.

【條件要求｜Requirements】

1. 基本中文溝通能力｜Basic Chinese Communication Skills
需具備基本中文溝通能力；具英文或菲律賓語溝通能力者尤佳。
Basic Chinese communication skills are required. English or Filipino language skills are a plus.

2. 可配合排班｜Flexible for Shift Work
可依門市營運需求配合早班、晚班及假日排班。
Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and holidays.

3. 積極、負責任｜Positive & Responsible
工作態度積極、具責任感，並對顧客服務有熱忱。
Positive, responsible, and passionate about customer service.

4. 良好的團隊合作與溝通能力｜Teamwork & Communication

【您所負責的工作｜What You’ll Do】

1. 商品上架、補貨與陳列｜Product Shelving & Replenishment
進行商品上架、補貨及陳列，並維持門市環境整潔與良好形象。
Perform product shelving, restocking, and merchandising while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

2. 顧客服務｜Customer Service
提供友善的顧客服務，協助顧客詢問、商品介紹及購物需求。
Provide friendly customer service, answer inquiries, and assist customers with their shopping needs.

3. 收銀結帳｜Cashier Operations
操作 POS／收銀系統，處理商品結帳、付款及相關作業。
Operate the POS/cashier system and handle checkout and payment transactions.

4. 商品與庫存作業｜Product & Inventory Support
協助商品訂貨、收貨、補貨及基本庫存盤點作業。
Assist with product ordering, receiving, replenishment, and basic inventory checks.

5. 門市促銷活動｜In-Store Promotions
配合門市促銷及行銷活動，協助活動執行與商品推廣。
Support in-store promotions, marketing activities, and product campaigns.

6. 餐飲製作｜Food & Beverage Preparation
依照 SOP 製作咖啡、簡餐、熱食等餐飲商品，並維持相關設備及作業區域整潔。
Prepare coffee, light meals, hot snacks, and other food and beverages according to SOPs, while keeping equipment and work areas clean.

7. 門市日常作業｜Daily Store Operations
遵守公司作業標準及 SOP，並依門市主管安排完成相關工作。
Follow company standards and SOPs and complete tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor.

8. 設備及現場狀況處理｜Basic Equipment & On-Site Support
協助基本門市設備操作，遇有異常或突發狀況時即時回報並配合處理。
Handle basic store equipment and promptly report and assist with unexpected on-site situations.
