1. Plan, implement, maintain, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure.

2. Oversee the planning, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of network and system infrastructure, including firewalls, VMware, Windows Active Directory, and other hardware/software systems.

3. Develop and enforce information security policies in alignment with international standards (e.g., PCI DSS), and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance.

5. Lead and manage system implementation projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

6. Provide strong leadership to the IT technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to understand business needs, resolve technical challenges, and provide strategic support.

8. Offer technical guidance and support to team members, helping them resolve complex technical issues and grow their capabilities.

2. 領導企業網路、系統與資訊安全架構的部署與維運（含防火牆、VMware、Active Directory 等）。
3. 制定並導入資訊安全政策與標準，符合 ISO 27001、PCI DSS 等國際資安規範，並配合稽核作業。
4. 主導各項系統導入與流程優化專案，確保專案如期如質交付。
5. 帶領 IT 技術團隊，建立正向協作、持續學習與高績效的團隊文化。
6. 與跨部門密切合作，理解業務需求，提供策略性技術支援與解決方案。
