【台中_百年高科技美商】Mechanical Engineer/機械設計/國際團隊/跨國出差_TCP_810

Responsibilities :
1. Develop customized process equipment, mechanisms, and fixture designs to address manufacturing requirements and operational issues.
2. Perform engineering analysis, define equipment specifications, and select mechanical components to balance performance, reliability, and cost.
3. Coordinate with vendors on prototype and production equipment construction, including design reviews and equipment testing.
4. Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and production start-up, while monitoring schedule, budget, and process performance.
5. Collaborate with manufacturing, controls, and process engineering teams, and communicate technical proposals and project progress.

Requirements :
1. Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and equipment construction, including customized process equipment.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with strong mechanical drawing interpretation and design skills.
4. Familiarity with GD&T, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and mechanical component selection.
5. Intermediate English reading and writing skills, with basic spoken English communication.
6. Ability to work independently, coordinate vendors, manage multiple project priorities, and accommodate frequent domestic and international travel.

Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience with coating, cleaning, or lamination equipment.
2. Familiarity with finite element analysis and Ansys/LS-Dyna.
3. Knowledge of CNC machining, cutting/grinding, fixture design, or injection molding.
4. Experience in project management, industrial safety standards, or international engineering projects.

3. 相關工作經驗3年以上為佳，有實際機械設計經驗(Mehanical design and Robot programming)，打造符合公司規格及製程需求的自動化系統與製程設備
4. 外商環境，英文需business level 或是中等以上

7. 此工程師有海外出差需求(亞洲、美洲出差為主)最高至75% 左右，依專案而定
