【台中_百年高科技美商】Process Engineer/DOE 實現設計經驗/Kaizen、5S/國際團隊/需海外出差 _TCP_810

Responsibilities
1. Develop new processes or improve existing processes based on manufacturing requirements, including process concepts, specifications, and feasibility validation.
2. Support chemical, material, equipment process, or process integration projects according to business needs.
3. Plan and conduct experiments, pilot runs, and process validation, and collect and analyze process data.
4. Monitor cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and perform root-cause analysis to develop corrective and preventive measures.
5. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to establish or validate standard operating documentation and support process implementation and technology transfer.
6. Provide process and equipment operation training and collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in process or materials engineering. Candidates from different industries are welcome.
3. Practical experience in process development, improvement, troubleshooting, or production introduction, with knowledge of chemical/material processes and related equipment or control systems.
4. Experience in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing technical reports.
5. Familiarity with basic process improvement and quality control methods, such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, or in-process control plans.
6. Intermediate English reading and writing skills, with basic spoken communication and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
7. A proactive approach, strong learning ability, and willingness to accommodate frequent domestic and international travel.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with DOE, process integration, or new product introduction.
2. Knowledge of equipment principles, mechanical fundamentals, or automation systems.
3. Experience in international manufacturing projects or multicultural teams.
