【Job Overview】

知名 N 運動品牌現招募 Manufacturing Supply Analyst，負責台灣製造夥伴的供應計畫執行、產能分析及供應鏈管理，確保產品依計畫準時交付。

此職位將與台灣製造夥伴及亞洲、全球跨部門團隊合作，包含 Supply Planning、Sourcing、Manufacturing Engineering、Supplier Management、Logistics 等團隊，適合具備 Supply Chain、Production Planning、Forecasting、Sourcing 或相關經驗，且擅長數據分析的人選。

【工作內容】

-Supply Planning & Capacity Analysis
-執行供應計畫，分析製造夥伴產能利用率、Source Plan 及 Supply Plan。
-追蹤供應及交付狀況，確保產品準時交付。
-供應鏈問題分析與改善
-與內外部利害關係人合作，提前識別並解決供應鏈問題。
-針對供應及交付績效落差進行 Root Cause Analysis。
-追蹤產出及 On-Time Delivery 表現。
-跨部門協作
-與台灣製造夥伴及亞洲、全球團隊密切合作。
-跨部門協調 Supply Planning、Sourcing、Engineering、Supplier Management、Logistics 等相關議題。
-專案與流程改善
-參與供應鏈效率及策略相關專案，持續優化 Supply Chain Planning 流程。

【職務需求】

-具 5年以上 Supply Chain 相關工作經驗。
-具 Product Sourcing、Forecasting、Supply Planning、Production Planning、Purchase Planning 或 Manufacturing／Engineering 相關經驗。
-具良好的數據分析、統計及問題解決能力。
-細心、有組織能力，具高度自我驅動力。
-能適應快速變化及模糊情境，具跨部門協調及溝通能力。
-具跨文化／跨國團隊合作經驗。
-中英文聽說讀寫能力佳。
-熟悉 Excel，具 Database Query 工具經驗。
-熟悉 Tableau、Cognos、Power BI 等分析工具者佳。
-具製造營運及生產計畫相關經驗者佳。
-具供應鏈分析、產能規劃或供應計畫經驗者佳。
-英文能力：中高程度(能使用英文溝通)
-熟悉工具：Excel、Tableau、Cognos、Power BI、Database Query
-專業技能：Supply Chain、Supply Planning、Capacity Planning、Production Planning、Forecasting、Sourcing、Data Analysis

【工作資訊】

薪資待遇： 月薪 NT$65,000 起，依經驗敘薪
聘用期間： 9個月，合約期滿後有機會轉正
