【Job Overview】

A well-known N sports brand is looking for a Manufacturing Supply Analyst to support supply planning and manufacturing operations across Taiwan manufacturing partners.

You will be responsible for supply plan execution, capacity utilization analysis, supply performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure optimized and on-time delivery.

This role will work closely with manufacturing partners in Taiwan and cross-functional teams across Asia, including Global Sourcing, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Management, Product Development, Inventory Planning, and Logistics.

【Key Responsibilities】

-Supply Planning & Capacity Analysis
-Execute supply plans and analyze manufacturing partner capacity utilization, source plans, and supply plans.
-Monitor supply and delivery performance to ensure on-time delivery.
-Review output and On-Time Delivery performance.
-Supply Chain Problem Solving
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve supply challenges.
-Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps.
-Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and delivery performance.
-Cross-functional Collaboration
-Collaborate with Taiwan manufacturing partners and regional/global teams.
-Coordinate with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, Supplier Management, and Logistics teams.
-Build effective partnerships across functions and cultures.
-Project & Process Improvement
-Participate in supply chain projects and programs.
-Support initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and planning processes.
-Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain strategy.

【Qualifications】

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in supply chain, with experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sourcing, Forecasting, or Manufacturing.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle supply chain issues independently.
-Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with international teams.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
-Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or database tools is a plus.

-Salary: NT$60,000+ / month, depending on experience
-Contract Duration: 9 months
