We're looking for a Takeaway Manager to oversee operations at Restaurant Runner, a delivery-only restaurant offering multiple cuisines. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence and maintain full commercial accountability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What you'll be doing

Manage daily operations, cooklines and a small fleet of delivery vehicles
Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen and health standards
Inspire, develop and manage team performance, schedules and wellbeing
Drive efficiency and profitability in line with company strategy and financial targets
Deliver outstanding guest experience through strong collaboration

Your working hours

Full-time contract
150 contracted hours per 4-week period
This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

Proven experience managing food and beverage operations and leading kitchen teams
Strong financial skills with responsibility for budgets and business planning
Proficient in stock management systems, ordering processes and computer literacy
Knowledge of multiple cuisines and experience training and developing teams
Motivational, empathetic leader with strong coaching and influencing skills
