Rhino Partners is looking for Talend Data Engineers to support the design, development, implementation and optimisation of enterprise data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Talend. Build and optimise data pipelines for extraction, transformation, cleansing and loading across multiple data sources. Integrate relational databases, APIs, flat files and other enterprise data sources. Implement data validation, error handling, logging and monitoring to ensure data quality and reliability. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimise existing Talend jobs and workflows. Support deployment, testing, production implementation and ongoing maintenance of data integration solutions. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts and application teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and adhere to data engineering best practices.
Requirements
Associate Consultant:
2–5 years of relevant experience in data engineering, ETL development or data integration. Consultant:
5–8 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to independently design, implement and deliver data integration solutions. Hands-on implementation experience with Talend Data Integration / Talend Studio. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience developing, deploying and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling and data quality practices. Experience troubleshooting and optimising complex data integration workflows. Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting or Python would be advantageous. Experience with cloud-based data platforms or enterprise data integration architectures is a plus. Prior experience delivering projects within Singapore's public sector is preferred. Candidates must have practical hands-on Talend development and implementation experience.
