Talent Acquisition Advisor

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and requisition intake to onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and hiring.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes for plant positions and develop onboarding schedules in collaboration with training teams.
  • Implement innovative talent attraction strategies and build qualified talent pipelines to support the organization's current and future workforce needs.
  • Participate in the review and continuous improvement of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize the effectiveness and outcomes of the talent acquisition function.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have experience in a manufacturing, unionized, and/or aerospace environment is considered an asset.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You have strong customer-service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • You have recognized for building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
