Talent Acquisition Advisor

9 month Fixed-Term | Auckland or Hastings | Immediate Start

Help us bring great people into T&G Global

At T&G Global, we’re passionate about growing healthier futures.

Our story began 125 years ago, and today our 2,000 people are based across 13 countries, growing, marketing, selling and distributing high-quality fresh produce to customers in more than 60 countries.

And behind all of that are great people.

We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 9 month fixed-term contract, helping us keep our recruitment engine moving through one of our busiest periods of the year.

This role is available for an immediate start and, due to our operational requirements, you’ll need to be available to provide recruitment coverage over the Christmas and New Year period.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on recruitment role with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and seasonal recruitment campaigns. You’ll work closely with our leaders to understand what they need, find the right people and keep things moving at pace.

You’ll:

· Own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, from briefing and advertising through to sourcing, interviewing and offers

· Lead and coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns during our peak seasonal period

· Partner with hiring managers, building trusted relationships and providing practical recruitment advice

· Develop sourcing strategies that reach the right people and help our roles stand out in a competitive market

· Write engaging, targeted job adverts and recruitment communications

· Manage candidate pipelines and keep recruitment activity moving across multiple roles at once

· Deliver a positive, seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

· Keep accurate recruitment records and ensure processes are followed

· Jump in and support wider People & Culture projects and initiatives when needed

What you’ll bring

You’ll be someone who enjoys pace, variety and getting things done. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, picking up the phone, solving problems and keeping the detail under control when things get busy.

You’ll also bring:

· Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, ideally with experience in high-volume or seasonal recruitment

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to work with people at all levels

· Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and deadlines

· A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change

· A genuine focus on creating great candidate and hiring manager experiences

· Energy, resilience and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and recruitment sourcing tools would be an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a supportive, high-performing People & Culture team where collaboration, fresh ideas and getting results matter.

This is a great opportunity to:

· Make an immediate impact during a critical period for our business

· Build your experience in high-volume and seasonal talent acquisition

· Work closely with leaders across a large and diverse organisation

· Be part of a team that is continuing to improve how we attract and hire great people

· Enjoy plenty of variety, autonomy and pace in your day-to-day work

If you’re a confident recruiter who enjoys a busy environment, loves working with people and knows how to keep multiple recruitment campaigns moving, we’d love to hear from you.
