Responsibilities The Opportunity As a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for PepsiCo. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic hiring plans while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. This role requires a blend of strategic talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, data-driven decision-making, and process excellence to support our talent acquisition goals. Your Impact As Talent Acquisition Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Talent Advisory & Business Partnership: Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies, and align hiring plans with workforce priorities. Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent, build pipelines for critical roles, and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and PepsiCo’s employer brand to engage top talent. End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and seamless candidate experience. Strategic Hiring & Talent Intelligence: Recruit specialized talent across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and R&D, while leveraging labor market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent analytics to support informed hiring decisions. Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS/CRM data, ensure compliance with hiring policies and local regulations, and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, interview guidance, structured assessments, and proactive communication throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 3+years of experience managing end-to-end recriutment process. Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
