Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner Company: Web Spiders Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 50K a month Roles and Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Managing end to end HR functions like Performance management, Employee engagement and Payroll functions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all HR initiatives. Job Requirements : Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, Performance Management System (PMS), and other HR tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Experience in Strategic HR, Performance Management Systems, and Talent Acquisition is desirable. Familiarity with HR generalist activities and payroll processing is an added advantage.
