Talent Acquisition Associate (Entry Level)
SentiLink helps institutions and protects customers by accurately resolving identities and flagging fraud risk. Each day, we verify more than 3 million identities, flagging 150k+ fraud attempts in the process. The problems we work on are challenging, and solving them takes deep domain expertise, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to dig into the details.
At SentiLink, you'll work alongside smart, highly collaborative colleagues who respect each other's time and judgment, take ownership, and follow through on their commitments. Together, we do truly meaningful work protecting the identities of innocent consumers and flagging the fraudsters attempting to exploit them.
We're well capitalized and growing quickly. We already serve 13 of the top 15 U.S. banks, we're expanding into new markets, and we're backed by Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We've been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 and as a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. We were also the first company to go live with the electronic Consent Based Social Security Number Verification (eCBSV) service, and we've testified before the U.S. Congress on the future of identity.
We want SentiLink to be the best place you've ever worked. We offer generous benefits and support a range of working arrangements, from fully remote to in-office. We are a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India, and we meet in person regularly to build relationships. We have offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India.
Role:
SentiLink's Talent Acquisition team is responsible for building the teams that enable the company to grow. We partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent, while building the systems and processes that make recruiting more effective.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team as an early-career recruiting generalist. You'll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of Talent Acquisition, from coordinating interviews and sourcing candidates to experimenting with AI tools, building better workflows, and taking on projects that help our team operate more effectively.
We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, loves to tinker, and enjoys figuring out how to make things work better. You don't need prior recruiting experience, but you should be excited to learn, comfortable with technology, and willing to jump into whatever the team needs.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, cares about the details, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Success means keeping recruiting running smoothly, helping us find great candidates, and making meaningful improvements to how our Talent Acquisition team operates.
We are open to candidates at the beginning of their careers, including recent graduates. You don't need prior recruiting experience, but you should be able to show us how you have taken initiative, learned new tools, or built something that made a process better, whether through work, internships, school, or personal projects.
This role is based in our Austin office.
Applications will close on October 30, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Own interview coordination and recruiting logistics, managing scheduling, candidate communication, and process details to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Source and engage prospective candidates across a variety of roles, using research, creative sourcing techniques, and AI-powered tools to identify talent and build pipelines.
Experiment with AI tools and build lightweight solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline recruiting workflows, and reduce manual work across the team.
Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, keeping candidate information accurate, processes organized, and searches moving forward.
Identify and solve operational problems, spotting inefficiencies, testing new approaches, and implementing practical improvements to how we work.
Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent research, reporting, candidate experience improvements, process documentation, and new tools or workflows.
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience, communicating clearly, following through on commitments, and ensuring candidates feel informed and supported.
Jump in wherever the team needs help, taking ownership of new tasks, learning unfamiliar tools or processes, and finding ways to add value beyond your day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated interest in AI and a builder mindset, with experience experimenting with AI tools, automations, or projects to solve problems and improve how work gets done.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, keep track of details, and consistently follow through.
Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently, whether that means learning a new tool, troubleshooting a workflow, or taking on an unfamiliar project.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful, responsive approach to working with others.
Genuine interest in recruiting and talent sourcing, with the curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn new sourcing techniques.
Previous experience in recruiting, coordination, operations, or a related field through internships, projects, or full-time work (preferred).
