Talent Acquisition Associate

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career — whether through an internship, a prior TA/sourcing role, or up to one year of professional recruiting experience — to build a foundation in full-cycle recruiting while gaining exposure to executive and management-level search within a global scientific services organization. This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports hiring across multiple business units.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates for a range of roles across Eurofins business units (Environmental Testing, Food & Feed, Genomics, PSS Insourcing, Built Environment, and others)
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle/HRIS, and other sourcing tools
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Draft and post job requisitions, and maintain accurate candidate tracking through the ATS
• Support employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives
• Partner closely with the TA Manager on higher-level searches, gaining direct exposure to executive and management-level recruiting (Director, VP, and BU Leadership roles)
• Assist with offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) and help identify process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (internships included)
• Genuine interest in growing toward executive search / management-level recruiting
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open requisitions at once
• Curious and coachable — comfortable asking questions and learning a decentralized, matrixed organization
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter), and general sourcing techniques is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
