Talent Acquisition Associate
- Proactively headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build talent pipelines before positions become urgent
- Search and reactivate candidates from existing databases, Excel trackers and previous hiring pipelines
- Screen applicants and assess communication, motivation, character and potential
- Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp and email
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations and career offices
- Identify career fairs, hiring events, communities and partnerships worth participating in
- Build and maintain structured candidate databases
- Track salary expectations, candidate feedback and hiring-market trends
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience
- Experiment with new sourcing channels and report what is actually working
Requirements
- An excellent communicator in English
- Naturally curious and resourceful
- Comfortable reaching out to people you've never spoken to
- A good judge of people and character
- Organized and reliable with follow-through
- Persistent when the obvious approach isn't working
- Comfortable with targets and measurable output
- Someone who creates work for themselves instead of waiting to be assigned it
