Talent Acquisition Associate

You own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff. You partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create sourcing and interview plans, and manage multiple open roles. You source and screen candidates, maintain talent pipelines and accurate BambooHR records, manage job postings, report recruitment metrics, refine hiring procedures, support employer branding and recruitment marketing, and assist with general HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape sourcing and interview plans
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, including active headhunting
• Build a consistent pipeline of quality candidates
• Screen resumes and applicant profiles
• Manage candidate shortlists through the interview stage
• Manage job postings and inbound applications across BambooHR and other job boards
• Assist with recruitment metrics reporting and proactively flag trends
• Maintain accurate candidate and hire data in BambooHR
• Apply and refine internal hiring standard operating procedures
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Support general HR administrative tasks

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience from intake through offer and onboarding handoff
• Experience in technical and corporate recruiting within a fintech, banking, or financial services environment
• Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, and direct outreach
• Proficiency with an ATS or HRIS such as BambooHR for pipeline tracking and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to partner directly with hiring managers to shape search criteria
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience recruiting across multiple African markets or within a multi-country, multi-jurisdiction organization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools such as Claude, Juicebox, or Metaview
• Exposure to crypto, stablecoin, fintech, or payments
• Experience contributing to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
