Position Summary
Panelmatic is seeking an adaptable, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to support full-cycle recruiting across a broad and evolving portfolio of professional, technical, and operational roles.
Panelmatic is in a significant period of growth, and this role needs someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where hiring needs, priorities, and talent markets can shift quickly. You may move between Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Technology, Sales, Operations, and other functions, so learning agility and adaptability are critical.
The right person is a strong recruiter and sourcer who can quickly understand an unfamiliar role, build credibility with a hiring manager, and translate business needs into an effective search strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the search, actively engages talent, and operates as a consultative partner rather than simply managing a requisition.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, corporate, and operational roles, flexing across functions as business priorities evolve.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand the business need, define the candidate profile, calibrate expectations, and develop an effective search strategy.
· Build targeted sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant talent channels.
· Quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar functions, positions, and talent markets in order to credibly assess and recommend candidates.
· Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and practical recommendations throughout the search.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, difficult-to-fill, and anticipated hiring needs.
· Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience while effectively managing multiple searches and competing priorities.
· Contribute to recruiting practices, processes, and talent pipelines that can scale with Panelmatic’s continued growth.
Required Qualifications
· Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
· Experience successfully recruiting across multiple job families, functions, or talent markets.
· Strong sourcing capability, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools.
· Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar positions and build credibility in new talent markets.
· Strong hiring-manager partnership and consultative skills, including intake, search calibration, candidate assessment, and market guidance.
· Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency, organization, ownership, and consistent follow-through.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electrical, automation, or another technically complex environment.
· Experience recruiting across functions such as Engineering, Human Resources, Finance or Accounting, Project Management, Sales, Information Technology, and Operations.
· Experience working within a multi-site, rapidly growing, or evolving organization.
