What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements to deliver effective talent solutions.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews to understand their experience, capabilities, career goals and suitability for available opportunities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate profiles and confidently present suitable talent to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support offer discussions and successfully close placements.
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen recruitment strategies, processes and service quality.
• Keep up with hiring trends, market movements and industry developments to provide relevant talent insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records within internal systems.

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or other client-facing roles will be an advantage.
