Talent Acquisition Coordinator Vodafone Ziggo – Netherlands/remote

The TA Coordinator is the liaison between the recruitment partners and the business. In this role you will be responsible for creating structural TA efforts for the hiring of one of our high-volume recruitment projects.

The recruitment is outsourced via RPO and agencies, in this role you will have the unique possibility to create and set-up new and creative ideas via our partners to hire the best talent for our biggest client. On top of that you will steer the project in the right direction by actively digging into the data and able to take data driven action items to the partners.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• Work directly with partners/vendors on KPI management
• Build robust relationships with recruitment agency to increase performance
• Create new recruitment initiatives
• Evaluate and Report back to TA Manager & Stakeholders
• Constantly update Job Adverts

Who are you?

• Experienced in high volume recruiting (+3 years)
• Experienced in vendor coordination & management
• Well balanced between creative & data driven
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Fluent in Dutch
