This full-time, 1st Shift position is based on site in Rockledge, FL, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for hiring our workforce that will include coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for positions across the organization.

- Review resumes and identify strong candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Organize, schedule and conduct onsite interviews
- Coordinate participation in career fairs
- Source for potential candidates
- Develop job postings
- Create offer letters
- Coordinate new hire orientation
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
- Provides support by planning and strategizing future workforce needs
- Edit and create job descriptions as required
- Support with other HR projects as required
