Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Guadalajara, Jalisco)
At MezTal, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a centralized recruiting and onboarding function.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with workflow coordination and operational support. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to help ensure recruiting processes run efficiently and consistently.
What you’ll do:
- Support and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Help manage recruiting workflows, priorities, and candidate movement
- Support recruiters and recruiting team members with day-to-day coordination
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer-related activities
- Support onboarding and new hire transition activities
- Monitor recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring progress
- Help maintain recruiting process consistency, documentation, and system accuracy
- Support training and onboarding of new recruiters or recruiting support team members
- Collaborate with recruiting resources across different locations and countries
- Support recruiting reports, KPIs, process improvements, and special TA projects
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Experience working directly with hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities at the same time
- Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to provide workflow guidance without formal people-management responsibility
- Advanced English required
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience supporting recruiting operations across multiple locations
- Experience working with international or distributed recruiting teams
- Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, Lead Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco
- Office located at Midtown Jalisco
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours
