Talent Acquisition Coordinator (part-time, fixed term)

About the role

You’ll be part of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team within HR (Human Resources). You’ll work closely with your TA colleagues, HR partners, and hiring managers across the organization. The role offers an international setting, where you’ll collaborate with team members from the Baltics and the Nordics. You’ll have strong support around you to help you grow and succeed.

In this role, you’ll help create great experience for our candidates by supporting daily communication and coordinating recruitment processes together with HR colleagues and hiring managers. You’ll mainly work with IT/Tech recruitment, while also supporting other roles across If.

What are you going to do?

  • Collaborate closely and support TA colleagues, HR partners and leaders in recruitment processes
  • Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Administer and support TA systems to ensure smooth recruitment processes
  • Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition activities
  • Share your insights and ideas to enhance our ways of working

What do we expect from you?

You have an ambition to learn more about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. You are structured and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. It is easy for you to create internal and external relations.

  • Interest to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborative, practical and solution-focused mindset, with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of Latvian and English to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries
  • Started a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field is an advantage
  • Some work experience within HR, communication, event planning, coordination, marketing etc. is an advantage

  • Contract: part-time (around 20 hours per week), fixed‑term contract until the end of 2027, with the possibility of extension
