Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Vendor Team - Temporary
What are your contributions to the team?
- Acting as a primary point of contact, building rapport and trust to foster a positive working relationship, and ensure effective communication and alignment of goals between Bombardier and vendors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to negotiate, monitor contract terms including SLAs, KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Bombardier’s strategic priorities align with overall needs and requirements for contractors and or contract to hire – for Operations (Manufacturing)
- Identifying opportunities for cost saving and process improvements in vendor relationships as it relates to Bombardier’s processes and procedures (Onboarding, training)
- Addressing and resolving issues/conflicts that arise during Bombardier’s relationship with the staffing vendors and internal stakeholders
- Respond to concerns raised by both Bombardier and the Staffing vendors, work to prevent potential issues and proactively identify solutions and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve conflicts in an expedient manner
- Support with overall communication loops as it pertains to business needs, overall performance of contractors and candidate ownership issues
- Weekly governance calls with suppliers as it relates to Bombardier business requirements
- Weekly governance calls with business and internal teams to ensure alignment on needs and numbers
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed by staffing vendors and manage conflicts as they arise
- Contract to Hire Conversions Compliant with all onboarding procedures and conduct quality audits on supplier’s forms and vendor packets
- Support Our in-house ATS, SuccessFactors for posting requisitions out to vendors and monitor reqs to ensure movement of candidate throughout recruitment life cycle
- Support the full recruitment cycle with our suppliers and Hiring Managers
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- You have 3 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, and agency management including complex and high-volume roles.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
- You thrive in a hybrid work environment
- You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
- You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills.
- You can influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- You have strong MS office skills.
