The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition & Executive Assistant to the CEO to support our growing organisation in Singapore and internationally.
Talent acquisition will be the primary focus of this role, specifically the recruitment of podiatrists. You will take an active role in sourcing, engaging and coordinating with podiatry candidates locally and internationally, building a strong pipeline of qualified podiatrists, and supporting international recruitment initiatives.
Recruitment for other roles within the organisation will be managed by the HR team, allowing you to focus specifically on building and maintaining our podiatrist talent pipeline.
You will also work closely with the CEO, providing executive and business support when required. This includes supporting meetings, business engagements and dinners, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with selected business initiatives.
A key part of the role involves overseas podiatrist recruitment activities. You will accompany the CEO on international recruitment trips, attend career fairs and recruitment events, coordinate candidate meetings and support recruitment activities on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Podiatrist Talent Acquisition
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment of podiatrists for local and international hiring.
Source and identify qualified podiatrist candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, professional networks, universities, industry organisations and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified podiatrists for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, professional experience, registration requirements and organisational fit.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain relationships with podiatrists, universities, professional organisations and recruitment partners.
Coordinate with candidates across different countries and time zones.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on podiatrist hiring progress.
Support offer coordination and pre-employment processes for successful candidates.
Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment through onboarding.
Recruitment for non-podiatry positions will be managed by the HR team.
International Podiatrist Recruitment
Accompany the CEO on overseas recruitment trips and recruitment-related business activities.
Attend international career fairs, recruitment events and podiatry-related events.
Coordinate candidate meetings, interviews and recruitment logistics during overseas trips.
Build relationships with overseas universities, podiatry programmes, professional organisations and recruitment networks.
Identify and develop new international talent sources for qualified podiatrists.
Conduct research on overseas podiatry talent markets and identify opportunities to strengthen the organisation's international talent pipeline.
Support the organisation's international expansion by developing and maintaining overseas podiatrist networks.
Executive & CEO Support
Provide executive support to the CEO when required, particularly in relation to recruitment, business development and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules involving the CEO and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes and other documents.
Track follow-up actions and ensure important tasks and commitments are followed through.
Attend selected business meetings, networking sessions and business dinners with the CEO when required.
Support the CEO in maintaining professional relationships with candidates, recruitment partners, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Business & Special Projects
Assist the CEO with selected business development and organisational initiatives.
Conduct research on markets, competitors, industries and potential business opportunities.
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
Take ownership of ad-hoc and time-sensitive assignments and ensure they are followed through to completion.
Requirements
This role is open to Singapore Citizens only.
Willing and able to travel overseas for podiatrist recruitment activities and accompany the CEO on international recruitment trips.
Comfortable attending business meetings, networking events and business dinners when required.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Communications or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, HR or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Experience in international or healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
