Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client hiring requirements, identifying suitable talent, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of each hiring assignment and is committed to delivering results. Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights - Understand client hiring requirements and identify the most suitable candidate profiles for open positions. - Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, databases, references, and outbound calling. - Connect with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and interest level, determining suitability as per client requirements. - Share shortlisted and vetted candidate profiles with clients for further evaluation. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. - Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until selection. - Act as the single point of contact for candidate documentation and ensure timely submission for offer processing. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates. - Coordinate internally with admin teams and externally with clients for payment and closure-related follow-ups. - Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS records, and candidate databases. - Ensure complete confidentiality of candidate and client information and adhere to company policies and ethical recruitment practices. - Gain exposure to multiple industries, locations, and job functions across India. - Receive end-to-end recruitment training and mentoring to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and Computer Applications. - Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. - Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
