Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales Hiring). The Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities related to hiring for sales positions.

2. Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
3. Experience in full-life cycle recruiting
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of sales processes and roles
7. Experience in the technology industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
