Talent Acquisition Executive (Public Agency)
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with experience in recruitment operations support and talent research.
Contract Duration: 9 months (extendable)
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Responsibilities:
- Schedule recruitment interviews
- Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
- Administer reference checks
- Assist with security clearance for candidates
- Send rejection emails and track reasons for rejection
- Record staff referral cases
- Support onboarding and other duties assigned
- Research and identify local and overseas talent pool to build longlists for open and upcoming positions
- Support TA team with sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn Inmails etc.
Requirements
- Background in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other relevant field of study
- Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR administration is preferred
- Familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach methods
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external parties
- High attention to detail,particularly in administering reference checks, security clearance processes,and maintaining accurate records
