Job Summary

We seek an Executive to source suitable candidates and arrange interviews within the Financial Advisory sector, supporting career changers and fostering effective communication with young adults in a remote/hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for roles in the Financial Advisory sector to meet organizational hiring needs
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Communicate effectively with young adults to understand their career aspirations and align them with suitable opportunities
• Support career changers by assessing transferable skills and facilitating their integration into the Financial Advisory field
• Adapt recruitment strategies to remote and hybrid work settings to attract diverse talent
• Utilize background knowledge in hiring and headhunting to enhance candidate sourcing and selection

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or background in hiring and headhunting to improve recruitment effectiveness
• Familiarity with the Financial Advisory industry to better assess candidate suitability
