Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment goals are met. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. - Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. - Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to enhance candidate sourcing efforts. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
