What You’ll Do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: intake with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across clinical, direct support, and administrative roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft accurate, compelling job postings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, behavioral interviews, and coordinate Manager interview logistics.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer-acceptance rate) to inform ongoing strategy.

Recruitment Strategy Development

  • Contribute to the design of a new, modernized recruitment strategy for IAHD, including sourcing channels, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Enhance utilization of Paycom applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Research and recommend best practices in recruitment for the intellectual/developmental disability services sector and comparable industries.
  • Develop standardized recruitment workflows, templates, and interview guides to improve consistency and reduce time-to-fill.

Onboarding

  • Own the new hire onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, credentialing, compliance documentation) in partnership with relevant departments.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure consistent and welcoming onboarding experience across all roles and locations.
  • Gather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the process.
