Work location: North
Work schedule: 5 days’ work week (Mon – Fri), standard office hours
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce needs.
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
Monitor recruitment trends and market insights to enhance sourcing strategies.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Build strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing and engagement strategies.
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
Support recruitment campaigns, events, and talent outreach activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Min. 7-8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, within semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing/technology industries is preferred.
Min. 2 years’ experience leading or mentoring a team with junior executives.
Familiarity with high-volume hiring and regional recruitment practices with immigration knowledge is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.
