About A1Apps

A1Apps is building a multi-app product company focused on creating and scaling high-quality digital products. We care deeply about ownership, speed, experimentation, strong execution, and building with long-term thinking.

Role Overview

The TA Intern will work closely with the hiring team to support day-to-day recruitment execution across sourcing, candidate coordination, funnel tracking, and hiring process operations.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is curious about hiring, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with lots of exposure and learning.

What you’ll do

  • Support candidate sourcing across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for active roles.
  • Screen profiles against role requirements and shortlist relevant candidates for recruiter review.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and hiring process updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and stage updates across hiring systems and trackers.
  • Help ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support hiring operations such as interview scheduling, tracker hygiene, and follow-up management.
  • Assist with talent market mapping and basic research for ongoing and upcoming roles.
  • Work with the team to improve sourcing quality, process discipline, and overall hiring efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or people operations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured follow-through.
  • Ability to stay organised while handling multiple moving pieces.
  • Comfortable with outreach, coordination, and professional communication.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research is a plus.
  • Prior internship/project experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or coordination is helpful but not mandatory.

What you’ll learn

  • How hiring works end to end inside a growing product company.
  • How to source and assess profiles against role requirements.
  • How to manage interview coordination and candidate communication professionally.
  • How recruitment data, process discipline, and candidate experience affect hiring outcomes.
  • How to work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders during active hiring.

What success looks like

  • Candidate pipelines are updated, organised, and easy to action.
  • Outreach and follow-ups happen on time and professionally.
  • Scheduling and coordination are handled smoothly with minimal misses.
  • The hiring team gets better support on sourcing, tracking, and process execution.
  • Candidates have a responsive and professional experience with A1Apps.

Why join us

  • Hands-on exposure to real hiring work, not just admin support.
  • Opportunity to learn directly from active hiring across multiple roles.
  • Fast-paced environment with strong ownership and learning potential.
  • Chance to build practical HR and recruitment skills early in your career.
