What you'll do

• Support recruitment projects and candidate experience initiatives across multiple countries.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employer branding activities, university partnerships, and career events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports and insights for leadership teams.
• Support strategic talent programs, including internships and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation within Talent Acquisition.

What we're looking for

• A proactive and curious mindset with a strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with data and turn insights into action.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
