Talent Acquisition Intern
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment initiatives and contribute to building a strong, diverse workforce. This role plays a vital part in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and strategic goals. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting hiring managers, maintaining candidate pipelines, and enhancing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about people and talent development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify qualified applicants
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the creation of job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS or HRIS platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms is advantageous
