Your Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at our El Masnou (Barcelona) site.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international recruitment while supporting the attraction and selection of talent across different countries and functions within Siegfried.
We are ideally seeking a candidate who can commit to a one-year internship agreement.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead End to End recruitment processes
• Publish and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct CV screening and candidate shortlisting based on role requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Your Profile:
Ideal Background
Education
Bachelor's degree
Currently enrolled in a master's degree in human resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in Talent acquisition and/or recruitment would be a plus
Languages
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). German is considered a strong plus.
