Talent Acquisition Intern (Saudi National)

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Capital team. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and headhunting, screening, candidate presentations and interview coordination. You will also support wider Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development, employee engagement and other people-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

• Support talent mapping and build candidate longlists for open positions.

• Learn how to conduct candidate screening calls and assess suitability against role requirements.

• Prepare clear and professional candidate presentations for hiring managers.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep candidate information and recruitment pipelines up to date within the ATS.

• Support recruitment reporting, market research and other Talent Acquisition projects

• Assist with wider Human Capital initiatives, including Learning & Development and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.

• Good attention to detail and ability to summarise information clearly.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Previous recruitment or HR experience is not required.
