Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting real recruiting and workforce development initiatives that directly impact Boldt's ability to attract and hire top talent. You'll partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, interns, candidates, and business stakeholders while assisting with sourcing, interviewing, campus recruiting, and internship program activities. Through meaningful projects and day-to-day involvement, you'll develop skills in talent acquisition strategy, candidate engagement, employment branding, workforce planning, recruiting technology, data analytics, and relationship management. This internship provides valuable exposure to the full hiring process and offers opportunities to build a professional network, strengthen business acumen, and explore career paths within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Workforce Development.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $23 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.

Nice to Have

• Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.
