Talent Acquisition Lead - BFSI

Role Overview:

A leading financial services company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end Pan-India recruitment across business operations. The role involves recruitment strategy, CTC structuring, statutory compliance, minimum wage regulations, manpower budgeting, and recruitment MIS. The candidate will own the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to offer negotiation, while strengthening recruitment processes and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end Pan-India recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

- Manage CTC structuring and statutory compliance, including state-specific minimum wage regulations.

- Own manpower budgeting, recruitment MIS, and talent acquisition metrics.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and standard operating procedures.

- Ensure effective hiring processes and overall talent acquisition delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 9 - 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

- Strong experience in Pan-India hiring across multiple locations.

- Working knowledge of CTC structuring, statutory compliance, and state-specific minimum wages.

- Proven capability in manpower budgeting, recruitment MIS, and hiring metrics.

- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, beyond a single recruitment sub-function.

- Willingness to work onsite in Gurugram.
