Talent Acquisition Lead (D2C Marketing)

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Lead with around 10 years of recruitment experience and deep expertise in hiring high-performing marketing professionals, particularly within the D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, and high-growth startup ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Marketing Recruitment.
• D2C and Growth Marketing Hiring Expertise.
• Strategic Sourcing and Talent Mapping.
• Stakeholder Management and Recruitment Advisory.

Requirements:

• 08-10 years of overall recruitment experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in marketing and growth hiring.
• Proven track record of recruiting marketing professionals for D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or high-growth product-led companies.
• Strong experience hiring for performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, brand, CRM, and lifecycle marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success in closing senior and leadership-level marketing positions.
• Deep understanding of the D2C marketing ecosystem, acquisition channels, growth metrics, and marketing organizational structures.
• Strong capabilities in headhunting, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to independently manage challenging mandates in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
