Talent Acquisition Manager (1 Year Contract / Financial Industry) [ID: 711419]

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead comprehensive recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint manpower requirements and guide them on recruitment strategies and decision-making.
• Cultivate partnerships with external entities, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage onboarding procedures to facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Oversee exit procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding logistics.
• Identify and implement improvements in recruitment and HR processes, leveraging technology for efficiency.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in various HR initiatives, projects, and processes as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Previous experience in the financial or public sector is advantageous.
• Proven capacity to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactivity, resourcefulness, and a self-driven approach.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on identifying improvements and driving initiatives to completion.
• High adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
