The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to support the company’s long-term business growth and organizational transformation. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality talent, particularly in strategic domains such as AI, Server, R&D, and emerging technologies.
The role leads the TA team, drives process optimization, and enhances employer branding while leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
