Talent Acquisition Manager (Leesburg, VA)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop employee and contract recruiters, setting priorities and allocating resources based on business needs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to turn workforce plans into recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and hiring priorities.
  • Personally lead executive and business-critical searches, from market mapping and passive candidate outreach through assessment and offer negotiation.
  • Advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, market conditions, compensation considerations, and selection decisions.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and hiring handoffs.
  • Track open roles, pipeline health, requisition aging, recruiting risks, and team capacity; recommend actions based on the data.
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, metrics, and service standards to strengthen quality, efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Manage third-party search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors, including performance, contracts, spend, and service expectations.
  • Lead the internship program and support campus recruiting, early-career hiring, and internal mobility.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are job-related, equitable, confidential, and compliant with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Protect confidential candidate, employee, compensation, and business information.


What You Bring:

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required
  • ​Professional certification in human resources or talent acquisition is preferred​

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
