Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)

Role

You will support recruiting from start to finish across our client's product, engineering, and business roles.

This is a practical, execution focused position. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It is a strong fit for someone at an early stage of their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring genuinely works in practice.

What you will be doing

• Support the entire recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Review resumes and run initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS, maintaining data quality and process consistency.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team grows, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.

What you will need

• 8 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets or Excel and basic ATS systems.
• A proactive, learning oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
