The main responsibility of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager is to ensure smooth execution of recruitments and continuous improvement of RPO activities across Netherlands, Belgium and France, ensuring strong partnership with our entities and stakeholders, while enabling the repositioning TA as a key strategic partner within our organisation.
This role ensures successful delivery of the recruitment needs for the sales & supply community across the country, scopeB1-B4, through agreed various workstreams.
This role is responsible for working closely with the peers across the Talent Acquisition Team, RPO recruiters , Business stakeholders and P&O Business Partners to understand and improve recruitment activities to ensure overall delivery of talent acquisition needs for the business for now and tomorrow and strategic partnership.
As part of this role, the TA Manager will actively work with the RPO Lead and RPO provider account lead and teams to enable the delivery of a positive candidate & line manager experience and delivering in line with Mars’ Employer Value Proposition at all times.
What are we looking for ?
Experience in full life-cycle recruitments in complex and diverse organisations, preferably on sales and supply positions.
Previous involvement in overarching TA strategy development, engagement and execution.
Confident using data to derive insights to inform strategies and influence and engage stakeholders.
Effective in navigating a complex matrixed environment and engaged by operating at high pace to deliver results and drive change.
Experience in people leadership with a passion for developing, coaching (2) TA Coordinators. Helping set engaging and stretching functional and personal objectives.
Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills (English, France).
Demonstrated ability to drive standards; assess and adjust priorities to ensure critical work is delivered in a timely fashion, establish management routines to effectively track progress. Identify issues, remove barriers and leverage resources as needed to get work done in efficient & effective way.
Demonstrates strong initiative & resolve; strong problem-solving skills and good judgement on when/what to escalate for resolution.
Experience providing oversight and partnership to bring synergy to multiple initiatives. Ensuring work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, establishing routines to effectively track progress and identify issues to gain positive results.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Create an actionable plan and lead the execution to meet the recruitment demands for Country factories and sales forces trough the year with our RPO provider
Manage and orchestrate the different workstreams supporting the delivery of the demand plan.
Actively manage stakeholder relationships across the business which will be supported by the RPO provider.
Actively monitor provider performance and effectiveness with a focus on program optimization and ensuring delivery of Service Level Agreements & KPI’s.
Provide Great Line Management to a cross-country team of TA Coordinators. HPC, development & performance management (1 in France and 1 in the Netherlands)
Embed regular and robust stakeholder communications on program delivery and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Partner with Local P&O BPs, Plant directors, Sales directors to proactively understand recruitment levels/demands such that RPO is well positioned/staffed to handle appropriate staffing levels across country; and define the best delivery of Hiring needs ensuring best in class customer service
Ensure we attract & select in the Mars Way and bring the Five principles to life by participate in guiding the RPO resources/team ensuring they are equipped with the required knowledge & capability to perform in line with Mars process, system and our recruitment standards.
Monitor service delivery to ensure positive results from the RPO channel. Proactively escalate challenges , issues and any gap in service delivery.
Partner closely with local Talent Acquisition Lead, ER local Specialist to navigate through the complexity resulting in recruiting for the country for RPO dedicated scope , and enhance OneTA activation
