Talent Acquisition Manager
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll build the teams that drive our client's restaurants. You’ll own the full recruitment strategy for both management and hourly positions, creating strong candidate pipelines, partnering with restaurant leaders, and delivering a seamless candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding. You’ll bring equal parts strategy, urgency, relationship-building, and operational discipline, knowing that great hiring starts with finding the right people and ends with setting them up for success.
Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 days remote
Management Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for management roles across the organization.
- Partner closely with Area Directors to understand business needs, talent gaps, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-performing restaurant leaders.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Lead interviews, assess candidates for experience, leadership capability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong bench of management talent for current and future openings.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring trends, and pipeline health to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Salaried workforce of up to 100 positions between FOH and BOH.
- Develop and lead the hourly recruiting strategy across all restaurant locations, while empowering General Managers and hiring managers to execute the day-to-day hiring process.
- Ensure hiring teams have the tools, processes, and support needed to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with General Managers and Executive Chefs to forecast staffing needs and maintain strong hiring pipelines.
- Create engaging job postings and recruiting campaigns that attract candidates with the skills and experience needed to succeed.
- Monitor candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness.
- Strengthen hourly workforce pipelines ahead of the May–August hiring push, ensuring each restaurant is positioned with the talent needed to meet increased staffing demands.
- Lead bi-annual Career Fairs.
- Build relationships with community partners, schools, hospitality programs, and other talent sources.
- Ensure a welcoming experience at company-wide orientation.
- Partner with Area Directors to improve hourly hiring processes and strengthen retention.
- Coach hiring managers on interview practices, candidate selection, and effective hiring decisions.
- Hourly workforce of up to 800 – 900 positions between FOH and BOH.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably supporting a multi-unit, high-volume hospitality or restaurant organization.
- Must be able to speak and understand Spanish at an intermediate level.
- Proven experience recruiting for both management-level and hourly positions.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and urgency.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
- Experience creating and improving recruiting processes, pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach to finding great talent.

- Year 1: 5% of base salary
- Year 2: 7.5% of base salary
- Year 3+: 10% of base salary, with the bonus stabilizing at this level thereafter
