Talent Acquisition Officer (1 year contract)
Our client (large banking group) is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to support hiring across our Technology and Operations teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are excellent communicators and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and Operations roles
Coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Engage candidates professionally and represent the bank’s employer brand.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience (HR, TA, or customer‑facing roles preferred).
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn recruitment processes.
Interest in building a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
