Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and proactive sourcing to interviews, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
Grow relevant talent pools through proactive sourcing, referrals, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Support hiring managers and interviewers with effective interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decision-making.
Track key hiring metrics and share clear updates, insights, and recommendations to support efficient recruitment processes.
Drive smaller projects and initiatives to improve Talent Acquisition processes and strengthen the candidate and hiring manager experience.

3+ years of experience working as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally focused on hiring for tech roles.
Extensive sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment tools.
Good understanding of interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and how to support hiring managers in making confident decisions.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across the different teams at all levels.
A curiosity, and eagerness to drive your growth and development within the Talent Acquisition field.

Competitive Compensation: The monthly salary range for this position is 3200 – 3500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
