Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of hiring, from building up talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, selection to offering activities, and partner with business groups, hiring managers and HRBP to execute the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies.

• Develop recruiting structure and sourcing strategy.
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing and selecting.
• Keep close communication with hiring managers to timely fulfill their recruitment needs.
• Facilitate offers and employment negotiations
• Follow up candidates on boarding process, including pre onboarding follow up, first day greet, and first 30 days follow up.
• Build up relation with universities and addend networking events.
• Support HR events on needs

Position Requirements:

• Master degree with 4 years relevant working experience.
• Familiar with various sourcing tools.
• Goal-oriented, strategic mindset.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
