Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract

Job Purpose/Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 months contract plays a pivotal role in enhancing Mars Global Services' recruitment capabilities. This position is essential for driving the internal and external hiring processes, providing expert recruitment support to Line Managers, P&O Partners, and candidates across all Mars segments. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the market dynamics, leveraging insights to partner effectively with Line Managers to secure top-tier talent. This role involves building diverse talent pipelines, attracting and assessing both internal and external candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the talent acquisition process.

Knowledge / Experience

• 4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG industry or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge on Workday
